Pupils at Nether Alderley Primary School took part in a special assembly for parents to celebrate the Harvest.
The children sang Harvest themed songs, the school orchestra performed and the infants topped off the event with a performance of Goldilocks and the 3 Bears.
Families at the school donated food items to the Oasis Centre, which is a community day centre in Gorton. Serving the whole of east Manchester, it helps around 100 people every week and provides support, provision and life-skills training.
Headteacher Richard Craven said "In the songs and poems, our children gave thanks for the harvest that they are fortunate enough to enjoy. The children put on a very enjoyable performance for the families that attended."
