The largest pothole in the park’s car park (aka open-cast mine) was yesterday filled in by Cheshire East workmen.
The damaged boarding around the park’s bowling green has been a disgrace for some time. On behalf of the Parish Council, I asked the park officers to do something about this.
The park officers inspected the green’s boarding and agreed to put it right. The damaged boards have been replaced and those that were still in a reasonable state have been re-affixed.
It is not an earth-shattering event but I believe it shows that your Parish Council is as ever trying to maintain the village and its facilities. Hope you approve.
