Living Ventures has been granted planning permission to build a conservatory at the rear of The Grill on the Edge, to provide an additional dining area.
The conservatory will replace the existing external seating and drinking area at the corner of Chapel Street and Massey Street, creating an additional 30 additional covers.
Jeremy Roberts, co-owner of Living Ventures, said "We have demand for tables particularly at the weekends that we cannot cater for since converting to the Grill format so we are hoping to satisfy many more customers."
Work on the new conservatory is expected to be complete by the summer.
