Emergency services were called to rescue two walkers who got stuck in thick mud.
Firefighters were called to rescue the walkers at 11.42am on Thursday, 26th January.
They had become stuck in a deep muddy field near Hocker Lane in Over Alderley.
Crews located the pair, who had called emergency services themselves and used a whistle to alert firefighters to their exact location.
Plastic sheeting was placed on the ground so the pair, who were equipped for walking, could get back onto a nearby footpath and to safety.
