Giuliano ended the year on a high note following their successful accolade 'Best Restaurant in Cheshire' and record sales over the Christmas and New Year period. Giuliano is bucking the trend in what is a challenging market. Due to the popularity of the restaurant Giuliano has renovated their function room to add to the restaurant's capacity.
Lulzim Culaj says: "We've been overwhelmed by the response from our loyal customers and ended last year finishing in the top 8 best restaurants in the country. We've now reached the stage where we are consistently fully booked and have found ourselves having to turn customers away. Therefore, we have decided to convert our function room to allow for additional seating in the restaurant."
Work was completed last week just in time for the weekend. The renovation encapsulates all the charm and comfort of the existing restaurant which offers a varied menu of Italian food to suit all palates.
Giuliano's success is not just evident front of house, they are maintaining high standards behind the scenes too with an excellent 5-star food hygiene rating, following a surprise visit from the food standards agency earlier this month.
Lulzim and his business partners took over Giuliano 5 years ago and have transformed the once struggling restaurant into a bustling eatery which is a fan favourite with their loyal and growing customer base.
