Watch and two rings stolen during Nether Alderley burglary

Officers investigating a burglary in Nether Alderley are appealing for anyone with information to get in touch.

At 5.36pm on Wednesday 13 December, police received reports of a burglary at an address in Chelford Road, Monks Heath.

The caller reported intruders had forced entry to the property at around 5.30pm, while a resident was at home, and made off with a Rolex watch and two rings.

The suspects are believed to be two men, who are described as black, tall, thin, wearing hats and snoods, and speaking with Northern accents.

An investigation has been launched and police are keen to hear from anyone with any information which may aid enquiries.

DC Alan Davies said: "We're urging anyone with any dashcam or CCTV footage to get in touch with us. The same goes for anyone who witnessed anything suspicious around the time of the incident.

"We are especially interested to hear from anyone who saw, or has footage of, a black Mercedes A250 AMG which we believe may have been involved.

"Enquiries are ongoing, but we believe this vehicle may have turned right at Monks Heath traffic lights and then right towards Wilmslow.

"Anyone with any information should contact Cheshire Police on 101, or visit https://www.cheshire.police.uk/tua/tell-us-about/cor/tell-us-about-existing-case-report/, quoting IML-1712635."
