Planning permission is being sought to demolish two semi detached houses and construct three terraced properties at 1-3 Heywood Road.
Stockport based Cheshire Maintenance & Development are proposing to build three 3 bedroom houes. On the ground floor the properties will have a combined open space lounge, kitchen and dining areas with bedrooms and bathrooms on the first floor. Two of the properties will have dormer bedrooms with en-suites bathrooms.
The scheme includes six parking spaces.
