Crews were called to a report of a fire in the bandstand in Alderley Edge Park on Thursday, 8th September.
One fire engine attended just before 8pm. On arrival they found that a quantity of wood and logs had been set alight.
The police have been informed and anyone with information should call Cheshire Police on 101.
