A new women's clothing boutique is preparing to open in Alderley Edge next month.

The Edit will open their fourth store in the village, along with offices and warehouse space for e-commerce, before the end of March.

Set up by husband and wife Penny and Tim Rawson, who met whilst working at Selfridges, their mission is to bring together a range of cool, contemporary pieces from a wide range of international and British brands.

Having opened their first store in Hale in May 2016, the couple have gone on to open shops in Knutsford and Didsbury as well as winning Drapers best store design in 2017.

Penny Rawson, Founder and Managing Director, said "I think the key to our success is absolute focus on design and material whilst keeping prices low. We like to describe ourselves as having a Saturday afternoon price point!

"We generally buy for fabric and style not brand. Searching out cashmere, silk and leather at great prices. We sell a lot of European brands such as French Connection, Great Plains and Access Luella Cashmere."

Penny added "I hope we will be a welcome addition to the high street and help drive some more footfall!"
