Heyes Lane closures

Heyes Lane will be closed on Thursday, 15th May, to enable Cheshire East Council Highways to carry out patching works.

The road will be closed from its junction with London Road to its junction with Hough Lane. It is anticipated that the works will be carried out between 8am and 5pm.

The road will then be closed again on Wednesday 21st and Thursday 22nd May, from 8am to 5pm, for surface dressing

Pedestrian access will be maintained at all times and access for emergency vehicles and residents will be maintained where possible.

Surely it won't be closed all the way from London Road to Hough Lane. That's a mile. Isn't it just at the London Road End where the road surface is bad?
