The third annual Lollipop Fashion Show in aid of The Christies' Cancer Research, is taking place next month.

Fifty children from The Ryleys School and Wilmslow High School will model a range of outfits from Wilmslow's Ten Little Monkeys at the Belfry Hallmark Hotel in Handforth on Saturday 12th May.

Organized by Annette Jacobsen and Colin Gillies from Alderley Edge, the evening is held in memory of The Ryleys teacher Mr Paul Wright who passed away at Christies following a brave battle with cancer.

Colin Gillies said "The first two events raised an incredible £27,000 and hopes are high for this years event to 'raise the roof'. Entry is limited to 300 tickets, so don't leave it too late!"

Local businesses from Alderley Edge and Wilmslow have once again shown their generosity by donating some fantastic auction and raffle prizes, including a £1,000 voucher, LS Lowry prints and a holiday in Majorca.

Entrance tickets cost £20, including a full buffet, and are available from The Ryleys school office. The evening starts at 5:00pm and promises a fun filled evening of family entertainment.
