Alderley Edge now has a second opticians, with Alderley Eyecare having opened its doors at 61 London Road, next door to Ruby & Ruby.
Alderley Eyecare is the third shop for owner Gary Lesser, who also owns Didsbury Eyecare and another practice in the old market town of Stalybridge.
Gary said "I have always been interested in optics since a child as my grandfather was one of a few practioners in the world to make artificial eyes. My father was also a qualified dispensing optician and owned a number of very sucessful practices in London and so it seemed a natural progression to follow in their footsteps.
"Now after 5 years of building up our reputation in Didsbury and Stalybridge, with the support of my fantastic team, I felt there was an opportunity to provide the same excellent service to Alderley Edge. I feel our dedication to customer service and clinical excellence will be greatly received and appreciated.
"We have also secured the licenses for top brands such as Chanel,Tag Heuer,Tom Ford, Bvlgari and Phillipe Starck which will enable us to provide our customers with the latest and most innovative spectacle designs."
Gary, 44, lives in Didsbury with his wife Carolien and their two daughters Ilana & Talia.
