Bruntwood SciTech's Alderley Park, where world leading science, innovation and stylish living come together, has announced that their family outdoor event, Farm Weekend is back for 2023. Celebrate Spring with a weekend of family friendly activities, performances, and local food and drink pop-ups.

Home to a working farm, attendees will have the chance to be inspired by nature and experience the magic of Spring at Alderley Park. Taking place on Saturday 15 and Sunday 16 April 2023 there will be a packed schedule of farmland experiences, from tractor and donkey rides to outdoor sports, there will be something for everyone at the two-day annual event.

Families can enjoy an array of fun-filled outdoor activities at the countryside event including lamb cuddling, bushcraft and falconry flying displays and interactive animal petting with an array of farm animals including Shetland ponies and bunnies. Those looking for adventure will be invited to enjoy outdoor sporting activities including obstacle courses with Everybody Leisure and archery sessions as well as being encouraged to explore the scenic woodland paths at Alderley Park.

Headlining the programme is fan-favourite CBeebies nature show, Teeny Tiny Creatures, who will perform four thirty-minute shows over the weekend. Led by their trademark animal experts, Chantelle and Rory help children understand the vital role that the tiniest insects play in the wonderful web of life. Fans can expect an interactive, educational, and super energetic set from the CBeebies favourites.

With more than 400 acres of green area to explore, and a wide range of locally sourced food and drink available, Alderley Park Farm Weekend is suitable for all ages. Whether you're bringing your family or friends, it promises to be a wholesome and inspiring day filled with nature and enjoyment.

Alderley Park is a world leading life science and tech campus home to over 250 companies and developed by Bruntwood SciTech, a joint venture between leading property company Bruntwood and Legal & General. It offers over 1m sq ft of lab and office space including No. 11 Mereside, launched earlier this year, a 35,000 sq ft redevelopment, with spectacular views overlooking the Mere and woodland.

Farm Weekend tickets (morning and afternoon sessions available) are £8 per person with children under three going free. Tickets include access to all activities and 50p from each ticket will be donated to the Cheshire Community Foundation charity.
