A small fire in the roof space of a residential care home in Alderley Edge required firefighters to attend.
One fire engine from Wilmslow, one from Macclesfield and one from Greater Manchester were called to the incident on Horseshoe Lane shortly before 3pm on Tuesday, 8th November.
The crews used extinguishers and a covering water jet to put the small fire out. A thermal imaging camera was used to check the roof and firefighters cut away parts of the area to check the fire was fully extinguished. Everyone was accounted at the premises.
