Jones Homes is preparing to launch a new phase of apartments at its flagship Sanctuary development in Wilmslow.
Sanctuary Court is the second phase of the housebuilder's pioneering Sanctuary Wilmslow development for the over 55s, off Coppice Way, and will feature 45 one and two-bedroom apartments.
Buyers at Sanctuary Court will have access to The Clubhouse – a facility at the heart of Sanctuary Wilmslow which offers residents exclusive use of a gym, sauna, a steam room, a hair and beauty area, a function room and residents lounge.
The housebuilder is also preparing to throw open the doors to two show apartments at the mature-living development.
Simon Whalley, Sales Director for Jones Homes North West, said: "Construction is progressing well and we are looking forward to soon being able to offer the first new homes for sale at Sanctuary Court.
"These new homes represent the latest phase at Sanctuary Wilmslow and form a natural addition to the growing community next door at Sanctuary Mews. The range of homes at Sanctuary Mews has proved to be very popular and we anticipate that this extra selection of apartments at neighbouring Sanctuary Court will be in much demand from buyers.
"We have already had a lot of local interest from potential purchasers in Cheadle Hulme, Heald Green, Handforth and Wilmslow. They are all selling larger properties and are seeking to downsize to allow them to spend more time relaxing and enjoying the good things in life."
Sanctuary Court is next to Sanctuary Mews, a gated development of 73 properties including two and three-bedroom apartments and cottages.
Simon said: "We are also preparing to open the doors of two homes for people to explore at Sanctuary Court. There will be one and two-bedroom show apartments which will both be expertly dressed by our interior design team. These two properties will illustrate perfectly to visitors just what it might be like to live in one of the apartments here.
"We will also be allowing potential purchasers to have a look around an unfurnished two-bedroom view apartment. This property will offer would-be buyers a blank canvas experience inside an apartment which features an open-plan kitchen, lounge and dining area and two good-sized bedrooms, both with their own en suite facilities."
There will be a selection of one and two-bedroom apartments at Sanctuary Court, where prices will start at £309,950. There is currently one home available at Sanctuary Mews, priced at £519,950.
