A White BMW X3 parked on Downesway in Alderley Edge was broken at the weekend and a pair of prescription sun glasses were stolen.
The incident is believed to have occurred at 5.05am on 21 May.
A short time later, at 8.24am officers were made aware of a second incident on Harden Park.
On this occasion an unknown person gained entry into two cars, a black BMW X5 and a Range Rover. A pair of high value shoes were stolen from one of the cars.
