York Stone has been lifted from outside two businesses on George Street during the night.
Offenders removed approximately 15 of the valuable slabs either late on Sunday 16th or in the early hours of Monday 17th March.
Police are warning residents to be vigilant and asking that anyone with information about this incident should contact Wilmslow Police on 101.
