The new northern branch has been started by a long standing member of their team, Laura Harrall. Laura is an experienced Recruitment Consultant; she has many years under her belt, placing every discipline of domestic staff, from Chefs and Cooks to Housekeepers and Couples. No-one could be a better choice to open up a new branch; Laura is a qualified Recruitment Practitioner as well as having worked as a Housekeeper herself – she fully understands the way a home works and how to make sure it runs smoothly!
Laura hopes to provide a professional, very personal recruitment service, building on her years of experience in the London office and giving new clients the benefit of her knowledge of the market, together with a no obligation, confidential process.
Laura says, "I am so pleased to be working in the North of England and making sure our clients receive the best service possible. I want to visit as many people as I can in these early days and build long lasting relationships with new and existing clients, as well as candidates looking for work. I have access to our national database of candidates, but I feel the best solution for jobs in the north of England is to build up a solid, regional database of people who really want to be here, working in households close to their own families and friends."
Greycoat Lumleys places any domestic staff within private homes and the Manchester branch will be no exception – Laura is ready and willing to work with clients who need a really good, single member of staff, such as a Housekeeper, Nanny or Gardener, right through to those who may have more complex requirements, such as a full complement of household staff.
