Living Ventures has been granted permission to build a small extension at the rear of their Gusto restaurant.
The single storey extension will create a private dining room to replace the existing private courtyard.
Consent was previously refused for a similar extension in 2005, due to it potentially creating unacceptable noise levels for neighbours, however the approved scheme contains no doors to the external area and none of the high level windows open, to prevent any noise outbreak.
