A new private dental clinic will be opening in the village centre shortly, specialising in creating beautiful smiles.
Planning permission has been granted for the change of use of the office premises above Gascoigne Halman where Dr Khalid Khan, a Liverpool cosmetic dentist and reconstructive dental surgeon, will open the new practice with his daughter Dr Nadine Mears.
Dr Khan (pictured above) has been offering cosmetic dentistry and facial treatments for over 15 years at The Khan Dental Clinic in Liverpool. During which time he has worked with numerous celebrities including: Jennifer Ellison, John Barnes, Craig Phillips, Ian McCulloch, Pete Wylie, the Gerrald family and Beverly Callard - as well as the cast from Hollyoaks and Brookside.
Dr Khan told alderleyedge.com "I chose Alderley Edge because it is vibrant and classy. I have two grandsons who go to The Ryleys, my daughter lives in Hale Barns and one of my friends runs a business on London Road so we are very familiar with the area, shops, great restaurants, bars and people.
"Many of our clients have to travel from Cheshire to Liverpool to see us, we have a lot of celebrity clients and referrals from local beauticians. It's all about word of mouth referrals."
In addition to crowns, bridges, dental implants, veneers, smile makeovers, botox and fillers, Smiles Dental Clinic will be offering the new night time brace and they will have the exclusivity for the new C-fast brace.
Dr Khan added "We are very excited about this new venture. It is a great location for our practice where everyone will be treated like a celeb."
Dr Khan and Dr Mears hope to open Smiles, which will be located at 6B London Road, in September.
