Thieves are breaking into workers vehicles parked in Alderley Edge and stealing valuable tools.
On Wednesday 12th July approximately £4,000 worth of builder's tools and fixings were taken from a Fiat Ducato van parked on Mottram Road.
A Vauxhall van parked in the Squirrels Jump area was also broken into on the same day and tools valued at £3000 were stolen.
A third vehicle, a Peugeot van, was broken into as well but nothing was taken as there were no tools inside.
