Wilmslow Neighbourhood Police Unit has set the date for the first meeting of the Focus Group, which they are setting up to enable local residents to have their say about issues that are concerning them the most.
The first meeting will take place on Wednesday 2nd May at 7pm in Wilmslow Parish Hall on Cliff Road.
Anyone that has called the Police in the last 12 months and who is wanting to commit to regular meetings is invited to be part of the group. The meetings will take place every three months and the Police are looking for people who will come back so they can update them on the actions from the last meeting.
PCSO Sarah Stanley said "So far we have had quite a few residents interested from the Wilmslow and Alderley Edge area but we would like more to come and take part. The meeting is the first Focus Group to be held in the area and we would like as many participants as possible."
