Having opened its doors in time for Christmas, Grill on the Edge held their official opening on Thursday, 13th January.
Guests were personally invited by Tim Bacon and Jeremy Roberts, co-owners of Living Ventures, to their latest restaurant offering where they enjoyed complimentary drinks and canapés which reflected the restaurant's new menus.
Tim Bacon said "We have been delighted with the response in the first few weeks since reopening The Grill on the Edge and with the first phase of the restaurant's planned redevelopment. We are looking forward to welcoming more and more people in the coming weeks and to the next phase later in the year".
Cheshire based restaurant and bar group Living Ventures acquired the former London Road restaurant along with 4 others from the Heathcote group at the beginning of November. They have traded successfully in Alderley Edge for the last five years at Gusto and next summer they plan to open their third restaurant in the village at No.15 London Road.
