Realm shortlisted for national award

Alderley Edge based Realm have been nominated for a Sceptre Award, which are the pre-eminent accolades in the shopping centre industry recognising the best practice and the best people.

Realm, which was formed in 2002, is an asset management company working on the largest portfolio of outlet shopping centres in the UK including the prestigious Clarks Village in Somerset, which was the first outlet centre to be opened in the UK in 1993. 

Realm has been shortlisted in the Managing Agent of the Year classification and are up against some big players such as Cushman & Wakefield and DTZ.

The national awards ceremony will be held at The Dorchester, London on June 22nd 2010.
