Plans have been submitted to change the use of a property on George Street.
Permission is being sought to change the ground floor and basement offices at 20, George Street into an apartment.
Approval has already been granted for the conversion of the first floor and roof space.
The plans can be viewed on the Cheshire East Council website by searching for planning reference 18/1541M. The last date for submitting comments is 9th May and a decision is expected by 1st June.
