Crews from Wilmslow Fire Station assisted the ambulance service by gaining access to a man who had fallen behind a 7ft metal gate on London Road.
The incident occurred at 1am on Sunday, 13th September.
Firefighters gained access using a saw and left the casualty in the care of the ambulance service.
