A firm of independent financial advisors has been granted permission to open a new office at Bank Chambers on London Road.
Clarion Wealth Management applied for a change of use for 52A and 52B London Road, which are located above and below NatWest Bank, to create an office for financial and profession services (class A2).
This part of the property had previously been used as a first floor office and a two bedroomed flat.
Clarion Wealth Management, who are based in Knutsford, propose to initially employ 18 people at their new London Road office.
