Plans have been submitted to Cheshire East Council to demolish a house on Lynton Lane and replace it with six new properties.
PH Property Holdings are proposing to demolish Lower Lynton, a large 3 storey property which is currently divided into apartments. They intend to replace this with a block of four 3 storey townhouses and a pair of semi-detached houses. All of which will have three bedrooms.
Eight parking spaces and a turning area will be provided on the site and each of the semis will have a private drive and integral garage.
