Easter Egg Hunt is back on

The Alderley Edge Village Easter Egg Hunt is back and this year's event is set to be bigger and better than last year.

Forty seven village businesses have come together for the second Alderley Edge Village Easter Egg Hunt which will be raising funds for Francis House Children's Hospice.

Local families are invited to hunt for the painted hens eggs which will be displayed in windows of participating businesses between Friday March 22nd and Wednesday April 3rd.

Participants then need to collect the letters (and free mini eggs!) which will be displayed on eggs inside the businesses, and rearrange the 47 letters to work out the winning phrase.

Judy O'Brien said "Last year we had so many positive comments about the Egg Hunt we decided to run it again. It brought people to the village. Traders enjoyed working together to provide a fun, traditional activity for local families so we just had to do it one more time!"

Entry forms can be downloaded here.

Once completed they should be returned to Mr Simms Olde Sweet Shoppe by 5pm on Wednesday 3rd April.

Correct entries will be entered into a draw to win some great prizes donated by local businesses.

Entrants must be under 16 years of age on 30/3/2013 and children under 12 should be accompanied by an adult.
