New course explores the Bible

Members of St Johns Church, Lindow (C of E) are hosting a series of discussion evenings at Costa Coffee, along with members from Ford's Lane Church, Bramhall.

The six-week introduction to the Bible, entitled "The World we all Want", will take place on Tuesday evenings at 7.30pm.

Simon Gales said "We all dream of a better world but how can we ever get there? Come along and hear some good news in a world where there is so much bad news!

"Its relaxed and informal, with plenty of time for any questions and discussion. All are welcome to come along!"

"The World we all Want" starts at 7.30pm on Tuesday 12th February.

I attended the first 6 week discussion group. They were indeed very interesting. As well as fun and challenging. Good people too . Simon, Jon and Phil to name but a few. .... And good coffee with Martini !!!!!!

Great night last night - thanks to all who came along! If you missed it it's not too late to join us next week -7.30pm Tuesday. Don't get too excited about coffee with martini - but it is the lovely Martina who serves the coffee!!
