Alderley Edge School for Girls' pupils put on two fantastic performances of the famous Rodgers and Hammerstein musical, The Sound of Music last week. The show is one of the most popular musicals of all time and the girls certainly did it justice.
Drama teacher Mrs Clare Foster who prepared the girls for the shows commented, "Year on year, the girls work incredibly hard rehearsing for the school production whilst continuing to performing in their school work and to ensure that homework and extra-curricular activities are kept up to date so I would like to say a big well done to all involved on the stage and behind the scenes. I look forward to working with the girls on next year's production!"
