More than £2,000 is being made available to help young people across Cheshire East create, promote and deliver their own events at a one-off arts festival.
Whether it's dance, drama or comedy, the Council wants to hear from youth groups interested in putting on an event.
The three winning applications will each be given a £700 budget for their arts event as well as five workshops from an experienced event organiser and the support of a student volunteer.
The scheme is being organised through The A-Vents Factory, which is a Council-run service that gives young people the opportunity and support to bring their artistic ideas to life.
The initiative will culminate with the three groups staging their own event at Manchester Metropolitan University Cheshire, in May.
Councillor Janet Clowes, Cabinet member with responsibility for health and wellbeing, said: "This event is replacing the extremely successful A-festival which ran since 2009 and the ethos is the same – an event for young people, organised by young people.
"I would encourage any existing youth groups to get in touch with us and talk about putting in an application. Alternatively, we would also encourage groups of friends, who might be looking to put something together for the first time."
