Alderley Flowers on London Road have been celebrating their 15th birthday today with some fantastic flower arrangements on display. Tracey Warne, owner of the shop, spent the day in the courtyard demonstrating her flower arranging skills, whilst customers enjoyed a glass of Pimms and home made cupcakes.
Tracey said "I opened the shop in 1995, two years after giving birth to my daughter, which seems such a long time ago now. Before that I had a florists in Macclesfield for five years."
There was also a raffle offering the opportunity to win a bouquet of flowers every month for a year and a children's colouring competition to win a giant 'Diddlina'. All profits from the day went to 'Help For Heroes'.
