Three vacancies have arisen at Chorley Parish Council due to previous councillors moving out of the area.
Ashley Comiskey Dawson, Clerk to Chorley Parish Council, said "Would you like to have your say about preserving and enhancing our local environment in Chorley?
"How should we spend the money raised for Chorley as part of your council tax? As a parish councillor, your comments and opinions about planning applications and the state of our roads, footpaths, bridle ways and green spaces will have a greater weight."
Chorley Parish Council meets every 6 to 8 weeks throughout the year at Lindow Primary School. Their next meeting is at 7:30pm on Wednesday 7th May 2025. All parishioners are welcome to attend.
Ashley added "Why not come along and see if you could help?"
Vacancies for a councillor are open to all residents of Chorley and Alderley Edge.
