Teenagers left shaken after being robbed by six males on Macclesfield Road

Police are appealing for information after a car was stolen in a robbery in Alderley Edge.

At 11pm on Monday, Monday, 15th May, a 17-year-old and 18-year-old were approached on Macclesfield Road by six males who threatened them and stole a silver Ford Fiesta, a bracelet, two phones and a wallet.

The suspects then fled in the Fiesta and a red car.

The suspects were described as being in their early 20s with Manchester accents.

DC James Atherton said: "Thankfully these two young men were not injured but they were shaken by their ordeal.

"I'd urge anyone who was in the area at the time who may have seen the robbery or who has dash cam footage to contact us so that we can find those responsible."
