With stores located in the Algarve and London, Philipe Marques has today opened his third showroom in the old sorting office on Macclesfield Road.
Philipe told us “ I have decided to open this business at Alderley Edge because I have a similar one at Lagoa in Portugal and many of my customers who have second homes in Portugal live here and in the surrounding area.”
Philipe has earned a reputation as a leading innovator within his field and in 2002, at the age of 28, he was recognised as one of the 100 Top Interior Designers in Europe (According to the book :European Interior Style”.) With over 15 years experience, Philipe pays close attention to both function and beauty and is renowned for his intricate, yet bold use of colour.
In addition to developing the interior design projects Philipe has an extensive fabric library and the room settings in Alderley Edge show a selection of curtains, paintings, rugs, table lamps and mirrors.
Philipe describes his show room as “classical Contemporaneous, Ethnic, Modern and Mediterranean style and our interior design service is always at the highest level.”
