Physiofit's amazing athletes

Promotional Feature

After London 2012, participation in sport grew and a new generation of athletes were inspired to go for gold. There is no doubt, seeing some of the incredible success stories from Rio that more children and adults will be inspired to return to sport, try a new sport or train even harder in pursuit of their own personal sporting goals. The attention to detail or the law of "marginal gains" has led to many gold medals in Rio and this is the exact philosophy behind the Physiofit screening programme.

Setting off on a journey without a well thought out route is likely to lead to detours and frustration and fitness campaigns are no different. Taking time to set a destination and plan the journey reduces the risk of quitting or injury. Physiofit offer a great planning service where we can help you set realistic, yet exciting goals and screen your body so you know where you are weak or strong and what you need to target to get your body working efficiently. We will teach you how small changes in a few key areas cumulatively leads to great improvement whatever your age or ability.

We have specific programmes for cycling, running, golf, cricket, hockey, horse riding, swimming, squash and our ever growing programme for those in later life. For more details on our injury prevention or performance packages please see the website. We have also got a long history in treating injuries of all types and can help you get back to your best as fast as possible.

Our own sponsored athletes have been on fire in this Olympic year and the future looks very bright indeed. Our Search for a star campaign began 3 years ago and we have been overwhelmed and proud of what our young athletes have achieved juggling their academic commitments with their dedication to their sport.
