Members of Alderley Edge Union Club and the Alderley Edge Partnership visited the Walking With The Wounded regional headquarters in Manchester which was recently developed by the BBC's DIY SOS programme

The purpose of the visit on Friday, 16th September, was to present a cheque for £700, the result of fund raising at the Armed Forces Beer & Music Festival which was held at the Union Club in June.

Tom Knight, Corporate Fundraising Manager said "The amount raised would support the work the charity does to assist wounded ex service personnel with their re-training and re-education."
