Eggs have been thrown at several businesses and other properties over the last couple of days in Alderley Edge.

Amongst those who have been targeted are the Union Club on Stevens Street, Mr Simms and The Bubble Room who all had eggs thrown at the walls of their buildings, doors and windows on Sunday evening.

PCSO Emma Darroch said "Over the weekend there were a number of instances whereby youths were throwing eggs at a stopped train, the train station and other businesses premises.

"No youths were identified and Cheshire Constabulary asks that if you see any anti-social behavior occurring that you contact Cheshire Police on 101 so that the Police can attend and take positive action with the individuals involved."

Absolutely incredible!! We have cctv in our Village so after seeing shops and the Union Club egged i rang CEC.Sorry you need to put in a freedom of information request to have this looked at,can take 2 weeks!! Are we paying for cctv?
I then rang Cheshire Police, when would i like some one to call and see us? I don't,i just want you to look at the cctv to see if anyone is actually on it,all i got was an incident number.
