Why not close it every weekend during the day and give the residents some peace and quiet?

Does this mean that all the roundabouts will be tidied with all the debris removed? Why cannot the Council negotiate with the Handforth Dean retailers to sponsor their roundabout and ensure that it is always kept in a tidy condition? It is an absolute disgrace at present and certainly not a good advertisement for the retail park.

Health and safety has a lot to do with removing debris from roundabouts, most are not safe to stand in picking up litter

I traversed the A34 this morning and it was an absolute joy to behold.

I also drove along the A34 by-pass this morning and was bitterly disappointed that the rubbish was still along the verges and the Handforth Dean roundabout was an absolute disgrace. I don't know which council is responsible but the should be ashamed!
