Were local residents consulted about these events? I didn't know anything about Club Paradiso. And will they really only attract a "discerning 20-30 year old audience"?

We live pretty close by and have long suffered the disco nights at the AE Festival Hall where under-age drinkers think it's great fun to yell at each other at the top of their voices up and down the streets around the Hall (seemingly not there for the event inside) as well as depositing bottles and glasses in hedges and along the roads.

As it's clearly a done deal, sincerely hope they'll be well organised events which don't impinge on local residents' homes/lives.
