Emergency services were called to an accident on Macclesfield Road in Over Alderley on Saturday, 12th August.
One fire engine from Macclesfield and one from Wilmslow attended the road traffic collision, near the junction with Prestbury Road, at 5pm. One woman was trapped in the vehicle.
The firefighters used cutting equipment to remove the roof of the car and get her out.
The air ambulance and paramedics also attended to look after the casualty.
