Alderley schools support Children in Need

Children at Alderley Edge Primary School made donations to Children in Need and came to school dressed as their heroes on Friday, 13th November.

All the children looked brilliant in a range of costumes such as sporting heroes, dancers, super heroes and lots of Pudsey Bears.

One of the highlights was when the school choir performed after school in the playground to the delight of many parents.

Mr Perry said, "As always I am very proud of our school community for embracing events such as Children in Need with such enthusiasm – the children's motto is making a difference and they certainly did that today."

At Ryleys School all the children dressed in Pudsey ears and their very own Ryley Bear dressed as Pudsey Bear.

Next week Ryleys is having a goal shooting and ball throwing contest to raise money. The children will also be doing a skipping challenge and keepy-upy challenge, paying £1 to have a go with all proceeds going to Children In Need.

Whilst at AESG the girls came to school wearing their silly socks and crazy tights in return for a donation to Children in Need.
