Lynton/Horseshoe Road state

Duncan Herald	Whilst I was posting through letterboxes yestereve, a lady approached me with a complaint about the pothole/poor surface, where these two roads meet. If I’m re-elected tomorrow, I’ll get onto Highways. It would help if other people added their complaint on this; the more complaints, the ‘louder’ I can ‘shout’ at Highways at CEC.

Duncan Herald	Horseshoe Lane is unadopted. Not a private road. Lynton Lane is ‘owned’ by CEC.
