Have your say on Community Strategy

Cheshire East residents are being encouraged to “have their say” on the big issues in their communities, which will then be included in one of the most influential planning documents in the area, the Community Strategy, which shapes the future for the next fifteen years.

To help members of the public contribute to this consultation, which is being carried out by Cheshire East Council, a consultation is taking place on Tuesday February 23rd for Knutsford and Wilmslow. The event starts at 6pm, with tea and coffee available from 5.45pm, at the Cranford Suite, Knutsford Civic Centre.

Members of the public can also contribute to the discussion paper and submit their views online. A discussion document with 12 questions for the Community Strategy, Local Development Framework and Local Transport Plan can be viewed at http://bit.ly/bSMNFz.

Cheshire East have reminded us that you now have just over a week to send your response to the Community Strategy Discussion Document. 

The response deadline is Friday 19th March.
