Where to go sledging?

Chris Stock	Any recommendations where we can (legally) sledge, preferably within walking disatance of village centre. There ought to be some good slopes coming off the escarpment!

Joan Potts	Alderley Edge Golf Course as long as you don’t go on the greens.Watch out for the stream running through !

Sarah Lane	People have been sledging on AE golf course for years. I spent many happy hours sledging on there. Ending up in the Brook was part of the fun back then. Can’t think of anything worse now. Have fun if we ever get more snow.
