Vin Sumner	Anyone know why there are surveyors looking at the Royal Oak car park and bowling green ,,,, another Tesco ! ... houses !

Jon Williams	It made no money under the last owners and I suspect it’s not making any now, so who knows (flats, sorry apartments).
