Yesterdays - Hardern Park

With the old yesterdays site currently for sale and redevelopment, does anyone have an knowledge of when the building was originally built.

Also what it was used for and any old pictures of the house.

Any help would be greatly appreciated

From what I have Learnt the property was originally a residential property called “Merchistown House” would anyone have information or pictures of this house.
