Log hanging from tree near roadside

Ann Millar-Mills	A log has been hanging in a tree alongside the road on Heyes Lane - on the rhs as you go towards The Hough. It is now dangling dangerously and could injure a passing cyclist, or hit a vehicle if it drops. Who would one contact to sort it out?
