An early entry for this coveted title must go to the youth on a motor scooter (red Scooter red helmet) riding along Heyes lane with dog and lead attached to his left hand.the champagne coloured dog,roughly about the size of a small pony passed on the the right side of me,I was walking on the pavement at the time,if it had passed on the other side I would have been taken down behind the knees.
I have learned two things from this incident
1. the dog is a whole lot smarter than the youth.
and
2.the red helmet is extremely appropriate.
